A dust jacket riddled with strips of pressure sensitive tape, as well as unknown encrustations and staining.

Treatment

  • Removal of tape with mechanical force using a thin spatula

  • Removal of adhesive residue with Heptane and crepe eraser

  • Removal of encrustations with a blunt scalpel

  • Toned tissue infills near head edge of left and right jacket covers

  • Colored infills with CarbOthello chalk-pastel pencils on spine
